Diamond or Precious Gem Shipments IMPORTANT: New Provider Shipping Instructions1. Prior to any shipment to Sicusa-Gems of "representative production sample" gem materials, a detailed list of precious stone types, quantity, colors, clarity�s and sizes is requested to be submitted to Sicusa-Gems via Facsimile or E-mail. 2. Shipping Authorization. IMPORTANT: Do not use the word "Gems" on the Shipment Package exterior or on the Air Way Bill (AWB). All Postal Express Couriers AWB�s should contain the below address to include Sicusa�s Telephone Number. Postal Express, EMS or other Postal shipping services should be express

Express should be sent to: Documentation: For Uncut and Rough Diamonds and Precious Gems. Diamond Shipments should include: Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin (Kimberly Certificate), Packing List on Business Letterhead detailing company name, address, contact coordinates. Precious Gemstone Shipments should include: Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List on Business Letterhead detailing company name, address, contact coordinates. Acceptance of Merchandise: Acceptance for purchase and/or brokerage of all gem material's submitted is subject to our inspection, evaluation and price agreement. Sicusa-Gems reserves the right and sole discretion to reject any unwanted gems offered. New Client Return Obligation: As a result of our receiving numerous shipments of "representative sample" gem materials that often are far below the qualities declared and described by potential Providers before shipment to Sicusa Gems, we require all new clients to bear the cost of return goods that are rejected as substandard. We have reluctantly arrived at the policy because of the substantial dollar amounts that have been spent fulfilling our obligation of return of unwanted gems. |
